The DHS PPMS vehicle is a Multiple Award Schedule Blanket Purchase Agreement
(BPA) designed by GSA and DHS to provide Mission Oriented Business Integrated
Services (MOBIS), focusing on business oriented professional and program
management support. The BPA provides services to DHS anywhere in the world.
Through its wholly owned subsidiary, Touchstone Consulting Group, SRA is a holder of
