Touchstone/SRA’s Quality Assurance (QA) Program is repeatable process that
encompasses a disciplined system of planning, reviewing, verifying, auditing, and
reporting on quality throughout the life of the project. All Touchstone/ SRA projects are
required to employ a disciplined process of Quality Assurance that meets or exceeds
the customer’s expectations and complies with SRA’s Quality Assurance Manual. A
Project Quality Assurance Official (PQAO) is assigned to each project. The PQAO will
work with the Project Manager to assist the project team in establishing QA processes,
standards, and responsibilities that promote high quality products and services.
